Big Brute Bumper Pull Cargo Trailer (Flat-top Model)
– Standard features
100% tubular steel chassis - We use 100% tubular
steel for this enclosed trailer's frame, walls and
ceiling supports. H&H assembles the wall supports
of the Big Brute trailers on 24” spacings
and the floor and ceiling supports on 16" centers.
Full contact body system using .063 aluminum -
There isn’t a single rivet or screw holding
the .063 aluminum sheets on the trailer! By eliminating
screws or rivets, you end up with a glassy smooth
wall that is sealed against moisture or dust and
you’ll have no worries about corroding screws
or rivets working their way loose. H&H Trailer
Company has spent years perfecting the method by
which the sides are attached to our cargo trailers.
To date H&H is the only company that has truly
mastered this method and is the only company that
offers this as a STANDARD feature on all of our
enclosed trailer models!
48” RV style side access doors with side
step - Our new standard self latching door is set
in a protected aluminum extruded jam. It includes
a steel latch plate and inside latch handle! The
key lock makes securing your door much easier and
faster.
Full digital L.E.D. lighting system including body
markers and taillights The L.E.D. lights on our
Big Brute trailers are brighter, light up three
times faster and last 500 times longer than regular
lights. They eliminate your worries about a bulb
going out. They also give you the security of knowing
that since they are brighter, people behind you
will see them easier, even in bright daylight and
since they light up 3/10ths of a second quicker,
it gives people behind you 100 more feet of stopping
space at 70 miles per hour, which helps to avoid
accidents while towing your Big Brute cargo trailer.
Triple axle 15,000lb. capacity suspension system
- 3 rubber ride torsion axles complete with 6-wheel
electric brakes and 6 - 15” ST series trailer
radial tires with a matching 15K GVWR provide a
silky smooth ride on this cargo trailer. 18,000
and 21,000 suspension systems are also available.
Externally lubed axle hubs - The axle hubs can
be externally lubed for your convenience! Simply
pop out the rubber plug and add your grease to the
axle. It doesn't get any easier than that.
Adjustable height 20,000lb coupler - Our adjustable
height 20,000lb coupler is standard issue to be
able to mate with any hitch you may have. Simple
remove the 4 heavy duty bolts and move the couple
up or down. Safety chains, a breakaway kit, battery
with charger and pull tether are also standard on
all H&H Big Brute series cargo trailers. It’s
the law and EVERY trailer manufacturer should put
these on, but some don’t.
24” polished aluminum rock guard - The rock
gaurd wraps around the front of the enclosed trailer
to ensure that it is protected from rocks and road
debree. This is a standard feature on all of our
cargo trailers. Our bumper pull Big Brute cargo
trailers also have Polished .040 aluminum front
vertical corner trim. This trim along the corners
helps protect the trailer and gives it a sleek and
stylish appearance.
6-foot interior dovetail at rear of floor (30’
& up) - Having a dovetail helps decrease the
slope from the ground to the trailer. It really
aids in loading vehicles that sit low to the ground
or vehicles that have a longer nose.
CCA treated wood floor and mahogany lined interior
- The standard interior of this trailer is lined
with 7mm mahogany hardwood laminate on the walls
and we put 3/4" CCA treated plywood on the
trailer's floor.
Floor-mounted dual E-Track and clips - H&H
bolts the E-Track directly to the Big Brute cargo
trailer's frame! Once your vehicle or cargo is securely
tied down, you don’t have to worry about it
again. One H&H trailer owner had the misfortune
of rolling his H&H enclosed trailer down a hill,
WITH his show car in it! With emotions running high
he ran down the hill to find his trailer pretty
banged up. He walked up to the car trailer’s
door expecting to find his car in pieces but, to
his surprise his car was still firmly strapped down!
Even though the enclosed trailer rolled down a hill,
H&H was still able to repair it and get it back
on the road. Maybe calling our cargo trailers “well
built” is an understatement...What do you

4,000lb capacity spring assisted rear ramp gate
with transition flap - Opening the spring assisted
rear ramp door really is a breeze. We attach cables
to a spring loaded pulley system that does a majority
of the work for you. Which is good since H&H
doesn’t skimp on steel when it comes to building
the ramp door. It truly is a cut above the rest.
Our standard ramp door can handle more weight than
any other ramp door on the market.
Full walk-on polished aluminum diamond tread plate
roof - The walk-on roof is a perfect place to address
spectators at an event or simply hangout with your
friends and family when you aren't busy. Several
options are available to make this trailer's walk-on
roof more enjoyable.
